Linda's Condos & Quilting Retreat

Linda's Quilting Retreat provides that opportunity, for you and up to five friends. Located in Amish Country, Linda's Quilting Retreat has four fully furnished condos within easy walking distance of 3 fabric stores, restaurants, and other Berlin area businesses. The condos have over 1,000 square feet each and have been set up with the quilter/sewer in mind. With two cutting tables with mats, plus the kitchen counter top of the same height, there's no aching back after the cutting!
How "Suite" it is...
Each suite contains:
•2 Private bedrooms: Queen-size bed in master bedroom, 2 movable single beds in second bedroom, both bedrooms complete with dressers and/or closets.
•1 large bathroom with tub/shower and washer/dryer.
•Full sized, fully furnished kitchen with range, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher.
•Each unit has a coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils, dishes, tableware, etc. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate mix and basic condiments are included.
•Fully furnished living room with plush recliners and a queen-sized sofa bed sleeps an additional two people.
•Six sewing tables with clamp-on lights, six adjustable sewing chairs, two cutting tables with cutting mats, two ironing boards and two irons.
•Cable TV, phone, air conditioning and VCR/DVD Players.
•Single car garage with design wall.
•Small deck on upper suites.
Sewing Rental Rates:
Thursday thru Saturday: $150 per person for a 3 night stay, with a minimum of 3 people. Groups of 4 or more in the same unit are $125. A 2 night stay rate is $120 per person, 3 person minimum. Groups of 4 or more in the same unit are $100 per person.
Sunday thru Wednesday: $135 per person for 3 nights, 3 person minimum; $110 per person if 4 or more stay in the same unit. A 2 night stay is $100 per person, minimum 3 people. $90 per person if 4 or more stay.
Non-Sewing Rates: These rates are different and sewing related equipment will not be available. The base rates per night, which apply to 1 or 2 guests, are as follows:
March thru November Base Rate .....$109
Sunday thru Wednesday........$89 per night
December thru February Base Rate.....$99
Sunday thru Wednesday ........$79 per night
Additional guests are $10 per person with a maximum of 6 in the unit.
A 6% bed tax will be added to the above rates.
Cancellation Fee equal to 1 night's stay if less than 24 hours notice.
