If you’ve been curious about the Amelie Scott Designs Edge-to-Edge Quilting Technique using your home embroidery machine, or if you already know it and want more projects…this is the class for you! We will start with a single piece of quilting fabric, appliqué 4 Christmas trees, and then stitch edge-to-edge quilting. Once the quilting is done, you’ll cut the placemats apart, add binding, and they are ready to use. It’s that easy to make a set of 4 matching placemats! Finished placemats will measure 12” x 16.5″ On November 21st, Elisa will be here for the last Bodice Fitting & Factory Construction Technique class of the year. How many times have you spent time sewing garments for yourself only to be discouraged with the finished project that doesn’t fit? Many of us have learned fitting and alteration methods that fail us, are frustrating, or are not consistent. This class will involve one-on-one instruction regarding an easy method to approach fitting for yourself that will bring back the joy to sewing. We are excited to be welcoming our group of 60 lucky ladies to the Berlin Grande Retreat this month. This year is sold out; however, on November 8th we will be opening up registration for 2023. In 2023, we will be welcoming 3 more awesome instructors with fantastic new projects. We are excited to share information on our Spring Extravaganza. Through the years Pam has appeared on numerous PBS programs including, Sewing with Nancy, Martha’s Sewing Room and Quilting with Marianne and Mary Fons.
