It has a tapered hole in the top so needles go in easily, but they do not come out easily. Take your favorite soft drink bottle and replace the cap with our Needle CAPture. We tested the caps of many of the popular soft drinks (Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Sprite, Dr. Pepper, and all their related varieties), and they fit perfectly. The Needle CAPture works with both 20 oz and 16.9 oz bottles. Some water bottles have smaller caps and are not compatible with the Needle CAPture.
