Project: Fast Fun Placemats

These placemats are made with Soft and Stable by Annie and 2.5 inch width strips of fabric. The ever popular flip and sew method will make fast work of these placemats. You will want to make a set for every season or occasion.

Supplies:

• Soft and Stable (package 36” x 58” to make four)

• 2 ½ inch wide strips of fabric (use precuts or cut your own)

• 4 fat quarters for backing

• Sewline Styla (water erasable fabric marker)

• 505 Temporary Spray Adhesive

• Aurifil Thread (to match project), rotary cutter, mat and ruler

• Construction thread to match fabric - needle and bobbin

• Two 5” x 10” rectangles - fabric of choice

• Two 5” x 10” rectangles interfacing, fused to the two 5”x10” fabric of choice
